Reserved items: Item is reserved to a customer for a period of 3 days ONLY.

(Feel free to mail or text us if you're interested so that we can put you in our waiting list. In the event of any deals that fall through, we will release it to the next on waiting list).

Restockable items: Item can still be replenished from our supplier. You may mail/text us for a restock order. We will require a FULL payment (inclusive of postage) for any orders to be restocked, in prevention of back outs.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please note that:

All items sold are NOT refundable, returnable and exchangeable.

Poppyshawls held no responsibilities in damages and losses upon delivery of goods.

We are practicing the first come first serve basis.

Back outs after confirmation of orders are not tolerated. We would appreciate the courtesy of informing us if you do not wish to purchase the item anymore.

We would love to look after serious buyers.

All payment must be made before parcel is posted out.

All parcels will be posted within 3 days after payment has been made which is Monday and Wednesday only.

Item(s) not paid for within 3 days, unless otherwise agreed upon, will be put up for sale thereafter without further notification.

Thousands of apologize, we do not provide shawls for out border buyers due to postage complications. We are only accept Malaysian buyers as we do not provide Pay Pal.
